What's Included

  • One Cachasol cocktail for adult guests

We start with a short walk through the farm kitchen garden, where we grow the herbs, chiles, and avocados that go straight from the ground into your hands. Our chef walks you through the flavors and tradition behind each ingredient before we move to the fire.

Then you step up to the comal. You'll press and cook your own tortillas, build a guacamole en molcajete, and make quesadillas the way they've been made in this region for generations - on a live-fire comal, no shortcuts. The kind of cooking that connects you to the food and to the place.

At the end, you sit down with everything you made. A welcome Cachasol cocktail arrives, and lunch becomes the point. Many guests who booked the Culinary Workshop as an add-on end up saying it was the best part of the afternoon.

Sayulita's Top-Rated Experience

"A must-experience in Sayulita"

This farm and distillery is a must if you are anywhere near the PV area. From the start, it is a magical experience on a serene agave farm with a charming outdoor bar and welcome cocktails. Our guide gave a wonderful and informational tour of the land and processes for each type of liquor they produce. The farm is gorgeous, with a small pond and various plants. Then the lunch was just phenomenal, prepared in the moment on the comal. Overall just a lovely experience. Can't recommend it highly enough!

"Relaxed and enlightening. A really great experience"

A truly magical experience that I would highly recommend. The location is perfect in the evening sun with a lovely cool breeze that blows through the valley straight from the sea. The team went above and beyond to make all of our party feel welcomed and comfortable. Beautifully crafted welcome drinks, a fascinating and interactive tour by the owner himself and a tasty food and tequila pairing meal to round it all off. It has been a highlight of our trip to Mexico.
