Open-air dining at Cachasol Farm Distillery restaurant, Sayulita, Nayarit

Dining at the Farm

A small dining room. A six-acre farm. A few dozen seats.

Settle into our open-air comedor, surrounded by agave, gardens and the sounds of the farm. With only a few tables, dining at Cachasol feels intimate, unhurried and a little removed from everything else.

Come for a long lunch after the beach. Spend the afternoon over cocktails and a few plates. Bring the family. Celebrate something. Or settle in for dinner as the sun goes down.

Seating is limited. Reservations required.

Where the Garden Meets the Grill

Farm to table at Cachasol means simple, authentic Mexican recipes, the freshest ingredients we can get our hands on, and everything prepared in front of you. The kitchen is open, the flavors are honest, and the plates are meant to be shared, not staged.

Watch tortillas pressed fresh, salsas ground in the molcajete, and meats grilled over an open flame. Our chefs work in the open kitchen, surrounded by herbs, citrus and chilies picked daily.

The comedor itself was built from the land. The tables, chairs, bar and kitchen are made from materials pulled from the farm, the tiles and brick are recycled, and everything else was sourced close by. It feels connected to this place because it is.

Taste our tequila and the raicilla we make right here on the farm: by the glass, by the flight, or in one of our house cocktails.

Come When It Feels Right

Lunch after the beach. A lazy afternoon over margaritas. Dinner as the farm cools down.

Our kitchen is open daily from 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM, so make Cachasol whatever kind of stop you need that day.

There's no rush here.

“Incredible hospitality and food is top notch.”

Meg C., May 2026

“We started our evening with margaritas under the beautiful tree... just as the sun was setting and the lights were going on. Purely magical... If you have ever been to Valle de Guadalupe, this is exactly how it feels.”
