What Makes Cachasol Different

Three Decisions That Change the Taste

01

Nayarit Terroir

Most tequila sources agave from the Highlands or Lowlands of Jalisco. We look to our home state of Nayarit for a brighter coastal character and a profile you will not find anywhere else.

02

IPA-Inspired Fermentation

Craft beer thinking applied to tequila. We use an ale yeast that thrives in warm fermentation and lifts the citrus, floral, and agave notes that most tequilas leave dormant.

03

Made Simply

Agave, water, and yeast. No sweeteners, no coloring, no flavor shortcuts. Non-chill filtered so nothing is stripped out. What you taste is pure agave intensity.
