Distillery Tours & Experiences - Cachasol Farm Distillery, Sayulita
Cachasol Farm Distillery offers four award-winning experiences near Sayulita, Tuesday through Sunday: a Tequila Tasting (1 PM and 4 PM, 800 MXN), a Culinary Workshop (2:30 PM, 1,100 MXN), a 90-minute Flagship Distillery Tour with full farm-to-table dinner (5 PM, 1,800 MXN), and an evening Reposado Tasting (6:30 PM, 800 MXN). All experiences on our six-acre estate at Km 5, Carretera Punta Mita.
Tequila Tasting and Raicilla Distillery Tour
5:00 PM | From 1,800 MXN per adult
- Our full field-to-glass farm distillery tour: agave fields, working raicilla distillery, guided tastings, and dinner
- Taste our award-winning, additive-free tequilas - Men's Journal Best Small-Batch and Best Everyday Tequila 2026
- Two Cachasol cocktails and a full farm-to-table meal from our open-fire kitchen
- Youth and non-drinking guests welcome: full tour and meal, no alcohol required
Tequila Tasting at the Cachashade Bar
1:00 PM and 4:00 PM | 800 MXN per adult
- Guided seated tasting of our award-winning, additive-free tequilas and estate-made raicilla
- Cooked agave and chef-prepared food pairings from the kitchen
- Set at the Cachashade Bar, our hand-built open-air bar beneath a guamuchil tree

Farm-to-Table Culinary Workshop
2:30 PM | 1,100 MXN per adult
- Make fresh guacamole en molcajete, cook tortillas on the comal, and build your own quesadillas
- Learn traditional Mexican techniques from our kitchen team in an open-air farm setting
- Full meal included: guacamole, quesadillas, rice, beans, salsas, and one Cachasol cocktail
- Youth/non-drinking: 900 MXN (ages 6-17); kids under 5 free
Rare Beauty Reposado Tasting
6:30 PM | 800 MXN per adult
- Taste four single-barrel Rare Beauty Reposado expressions: whiskey, rum, merlot, and cabernet barrel
- Each aged 10 months - learn how barrel choice shapes aroma, texture, color, and flavor
- Gold and Double Gold winners at the 2026 Latin American Spirits Competition

Cachasol Farm Distillery sits on six acres at Km 5, Carretera Punta Mita - 15 minutes from Sayulita, 20 minutes from Punta Mita, and one hour from Puerto Vallarta International Airport. All five experiences are led by the team of fifth-generation Master Distiller Jaime Villalobos Sauza, Forbes-featured and three-time Men's Journal 2026 award winner.
