Our everyday banger: smooth enough to sip, bold enough to shine in any cocktail. Crystal-clear with citrus, sweet agave, a hint of roast, and a lovely lingering finish.
Cachasol Blanco is the bottle most people should start with. Made simply with agave, water, and yeast, using 100% Nayarit-grown agave and IPA-inspired ale yeast to bring out bright citrus, floral notes, and real agave character. Built for the home bar: fresh margaritas, tequila sodas, pool-party pours, casual dinners, and the first glass you pour when good people show up. Bright, clean, and easy to love without overthinking it.
Bright citrus, sweet agave, light roast.
Clean agave, citrus pop, mineral freshness, soft sweetness.
Clean, bright, lightly roasted, lingering.
Cachasol Skinny-ish Margarita. Also works beautifully in tequila soda with mineral water, paloma-style citrus drinks, and easy poolside cocktails. Keep a bottle in the fridge and enjoy.
Most tequila sources agave from the Highlands or Lowlands of Jalisco. We look to our home state of Nayarit for a brighter coastal character and a profile you will not find anywhere else.
Craft beer thinking applied to tequila. We use an ale yeast that thrives in warm fermentation and lifts the citrus, floral, and agave notes that most tequilas leave dormant.
Agave, water, and yeast. No sweeteners, no coloring, no flavor shortcuts. Non-chill filtered so nothing is stripped out. What you taste is pure agave intensity.
Every tour at Cachasol Farm Distillery includes a guided tasting of Blanco alongside our other spirits. Our tequila starts with agave from coastal Nayarit and is crafted by fifth-generation master distiller Jaime Villalobos Sauza at Hacienda de Oro (NOM 1522) in Amatitlán, Jalisco. At the farm, see our estate raicilla distillery at work, walk the grounds, and discover why Forbes called Cachasol "a destination, not just a label." Open daily, from 800 MXN.
